Regent Park One
Regent Park, Toronto's oldest and largest social housing neighbourhood, is under full blown revitalization. Over the course of 10 years the 70 year old buildings are being torn down, rebuilt and in some casese, sold at market rates. Though every existing tenant has been promised a home in the new Regent Park, many feel pushed out as the area gets increasingly gentrified. Relocation grafitti is rife.
